How Do I Spray an Acoustic Wallboard?
- 1). Fill a container two-thirds full with paint.
- 2). Submerge the intake hose of an airgun into the paint. Use a full cone nozzle, which ensures perforations in the paint that sound waves can travel through.
- 3). Put down an old sheet and lay the acoustic wallboard on top of it. Plug in the airgun. Hold the nozzle about 6 inches from the board. Spray in a smooth, steady motion to achieve an even effect.
