The Way Out of Depression Part 1
Most people are depressed without even realizing that they have slipped into depression.
It is like shutting the door against everybody either knowingly or unknowingly, including yourself.
All things seems not to be of interest to you and you seems to switch off from everything around you.
It seems as if you are carrying a lot of weight all over, and nobody seems to care enough or rather no one can feel exactly the way you are felling, you look at everyone as if they are not there for you and they are far away.
And it may also look as if you are off the track into a deep dark jungle, wondering around not knowing where to turn to.
However there is away out of these things and which are, 1.
Make a choice to be out of it 2.
This is not the end 3.
Talk about it 1.
Choose to be out of it.
Every human being has the power to make a choice and since depression is a disease of the mind, you can break it.
You have to decide not to be bound by it.
Ask yourself questions on how you got into the mess you have found yourself, which way did you took that made you got into this mess?is there any way out of it? Yes, there is away, if you look very well, you will certainly see the way, if there is a way down there must be a way up, though you may not see it now but it is there waiting for you to see.
Make up your mind to see the way, because there is a away.
Be optimistic about it and you will see the way out.
There is no problem without solution, do not give up, you are almost there.
2.
This is not the end.
Who told you that there is no solution? Even when the experts say so, it is not true, although it might be an obvious fact, but it is not the truth, the only truth in this world is the word of God.
You can see a new horizon, refuse to see darkness and the end of the road.
You are not the first to be in that situation and you will not be the last.
"There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye able, but will with the temptation also make away to escape, that ye may be able to bear it:" 1 corinthians 10 verse 13, King James version of the Bible.
3.
Talk about it.
When you tell somebody what you are passing through, you have just shared the burden with some one.
Talk to professional counsellors, seek advise and you will be out of it.
Others may have solutions to it.
