Anna Hazare took up cudgles against the several cases of corruption of the present government and agitated for setting up a committee comprising representatives of the govt and team Anna Hazare for preparing a srtong and effective Lokpal bill in order to thiroughly enquire into the corruption cases and to stem further corruption cases in future. A nna team was successful in forcing the govt to form a body comprising representatives of govt snd Anna team for drafting Lokpal bill to be presented in the ensuing winter session of the Parliament.But thereafter Anna team got itself involved in election politics by declaring that it would work against the ruling party in the Hissar bye -poll.As a result of this deviation anumber of member distanced themselves from the team .In addition to this certain members of the team made  deregatory remarks against MPs which was not in confirmity with the initial main objective of the team.The matter however did not end here, as another member commented that there should  be plebicite in Kashmir- a subject which was never a  part of Anna team's original terms of reference, because Anna team was solely concerned with anti-corruption matters  Lately Anna Hazare has given a notice to govt that he will launch another fast if a strong Lokpal bill is not tabled in the ensuing winter session of Parliament.This notice is rather confusing when govt has already announced that the Lokpal bill will be tabled in the current winter session of Parliament.Anna's further action will depend on the result of the winter session, hence Anna's notice regarding a fresh fast is rather out of context.Moreover sri Kejriwal's statement that Anna Hazare is above parlisment is also not correct as pasliament which is an elected body is always superior to any unelected organization.         

Anna team thus by its above mentioned actions and utterences seems to be drifting away from its main objective i.e fight against corruption,and if the team continues in this manner ,it is apprehended,it might loose its credibility.

But there seems to be a silver lining in that  Anna Hazare has recently announced that very soon his team will have a constitution, after which the core team will be revamped.Formation of a constitution,it is hoped, will be able to bring about acertain amount of orderliness in the functioning of the team and help the team to stick to its msin objective,i.e erradicating corruption from our social and natoinal body. 

The drafting of the constitution however, has to be done most carefully so that extraneous topics ,like the ones in which the team has now been indulging ,are kept out of consideration
