How to Process Persimmon Pulp
- 1). Wash the persimmons under cool, running water to remove dirt and debris from the fruit.
- 2). Peel the fruit using a sharp knife. Slice the fruit into slices, removing the center core as you slice.
- 3). Process the persimmon slices in a blender or food processor until it turns into a smooth, consistent pulp. Use the pulse button on the blender or food processor so you do not over process.
