If you want to get thinner legs, then read this now on how you can do this in a few short weeks.
The UNCONVENTIONAL way.
It's cheating, but it works! Get Thinner Legs 1.
Walking sucks, unless you do this...
Walk backwards and or walk on an incline.
You can do these 2 separate or combined.
But walking won't get you slender legs fast unless you either walk on an incline and or you walk backwards.
Your body is use to walking.
It doesn't take any effort from it to walk.
It needs to be challenged.
By walking backwards or up an incline, your challenging your body to overcome it's comfort level.
When that happens, it reacts and compensates.
This leads to more toned legs.
I advise that you do these on a treadmill.
If you're going to do the incline walking...
incline the treadmill 15-20 degrees.
If you walk backwards on the treadmill, do this either without an incline or a slight incline of 5-10 degrees.
Do this for 20-25 minutes a day for about 4 days a week.

1-minute bursts of hindu squats Hindu squats, if you're not familiar with the term, are bodyweight squats.
You can literally do them anywhere.
Just 1 thing with them...
you do them fast.
That's where the magic comes from them.
You don't do sets of these, but instead you do these for time.
In this case, I want you to do as many as you can for 1 minute...
non-stop.
Just do these for a total of 5 minutes a day, everyday.
Try for at least 20 squats for each minute.
This is how you get thinner legs fast without doing conventional leg exercises.
