How to Add a Row of Crochet Onto a Knitted Scarf
- 1). Make a slip knot on the crochet hook in the same way you do when knitting.
- 2). Slip the crochet hook through the front and out the back of the first stitch at the edge of the scarf.
- 3). Wrap the yarn around the crochet hook counterclockwise. Pull the new loop through the first loop on the crochet hook.
- 4). Repeat Steps 2 and 3 around the entire edge of the scarf until all edge stitches are worked.
Cut the yarn and pull through the remaining loop on the crochet hook. Weave in the ends on the wrong side of the scarf.
