Do you want to know what is the quickest way to gain muscle mass? Avoid these mistakes and you can build muscle fast.
Relying on supplements Though lack of education and/or supplement companies marketing practices, many trainees believe supplement are the ticket to fast muscles gain.
There are many good supplements out there but if the label sounds too good to be true, it is.
Proper training, nutrition, and rest are your ticket to building muscle.
Trying to build muscle and get ripped at the same time While it is possible to accomplish this feat with GREAT attention to your diet, it is not the most efficient way.
You want to know what is the quickest way to gain muscle mass, right? Focus on gaining muscle first then diet off the fat later.
However, this is not an endorsement to become overly fat but little fat gain is expected if you want to gain muscle quick.
Too much cardio I recognize the importance of keeping your heart healthy with cardiovascular exercise.
I also don't believe it should be eliminated completely while gaining muscle.
Unless you participate in a sport that requires above average cardio conditioning, I would limit cardio to three 30 minute sessions per week if your goal is to gain muscle fast.
Only training your beach muscles.
Your beach muscles are your chest, arms, and abs.
Many trainees focus on these muscle groups because these are the muscles that turn heads at the beach.
While these areas should be trained, the legs and back are often neglected.
If you want to build muscle fast, train everything.
So, what is the quickest way to gain muscle mass? None of the above!
