Games for Bridal Showers
- Give each guest at the party a bingo card along with a pen or pencil. Ask them to write down the gift items they think the bride will receive. While the bride is opening her gifts, the guests will play the game and check off each item she receives that they had written down. Whichever guest gets a full line, either horizontal, vertical or diagonal, wins the game.
- Separate the guests into several groups of three or more. Give each group a roll of toilet paper to create a wedding gown for one member they've designated their model. Do not allow the use of tape, glue or any other adhesive. Designers can create a veil, bouquet, shoes and even jewelry along with the dress as long as they do not run out of toilet paper. Once everyone is finished making their gowns, allow the bride to vote on which group made the most elaborate dress.
- Write down several wedding items, such as wedding gown, shoes, flowers, table decorations or favors. Use a white board and a dry erase marker to draw on and then have each guest take turns drawing a word while the remaining party members try to guess the answer.
- Place numerous wedding items onto a tray. Use small things like jewelry, a garter, an invitation or even a name card. The mother or mother-in-law of the bride should then walk around the room and show the items to the party guests and then leave the room. Give each guest a piece of paper and a pen or pencil. Have them write down the items that were on the tray. Whichever guest writes down the most correct answer will win the prize.
