Who Should Make a Detox Diet

Let me ask you a few questions first.
Do you want to have a longer life? Do you want to stay healthy in your old age? When you are in an environment with polluted air do you feel the need to block your mouth and nose so that the pollution doesn't enter your system? If you answered "no" to even one of the questions above, you don't have to read the rest of this article because you don't need detoxification.
Or should we have said you are not aware that you need detoxification.
Since you didn't read this previous sentence, I, the writer of this article and those who answered "yes" to all the questions above will evaluate why all living organisms need detoxification.
All living organisms have excretory systems.
From one celled microorganisms to advanced creatures like humans, from insects to plants, from seaweed to fish, every living thing excrete waste and harmful materials from their bodies.
We, humans, have sweat glands and pores in our skin along with orifices to excrete liquid and solid wastes.
Not everything we eat, drink and inhale is useful for our bodies.
Therefore we take what is useful for us and throw out the rest.
Also we store some of the materials for later use.
However there are some chemicals that are useless that we can't throw out.
Some of these useless materials are also harmful.
If we look at the definition of toxic we can see that it means materials or chemicals that are harmful to living organisms.
From this chain of logic we can see that our bodies store some toxic materials and chemicals all through our lives.
What happen to these toxic chemicals? How do they affect our lives and health? Some of them are stored in very small amounts so that they can't cause any harm to the mechanisms of our body.
Some of them wait for the convenient time to trigger a chain reaction that would cause our cells to reproduce rapidly and without stopping.
This reaction can be stopped by our immune system.
When it can't be stopped it causes cancer.
The others wait till they reach a specific amount before poisoning our body.
Fatigue, joint aches and some other problems start to surface as we grow old.
These are not fatal problems; they just lower our quality of life.
We can live with these problems until we reach the age of 100.
However they be caused by the toxins accumulated in our bodies and those symptoms may be the way of our body to tell us that it needs detoxification.
Detoxification is a process that should be made periodically.
After the first detox, people start to feel the positive effects.
Waking up easier, less pain in the joints and a feeling of well being and cleanness follows this first detoxification process.
These are all positives aspects in our lives that improve our quality of life.
Detox is not a process that lasts months like a diet.
It starts and ends in a short time with positive results.
