We are homeschooling our five children, a DD,(15) and four sons: 14, 11, 10 and 3. As you can imagine our schedule can be a little chaotic. The kids usually get up between 6 and 7:30. They are resposible for getting their own breakfast and for watching their youngest brother. They have specific chores to do each morning, washing breakfast dishes, sweeping floor tidying livingroom and putting away their laundry.

I usually get up about 8, and shower and eat breakfast while they are finishing their chores. We start work at 9. The oldest 2 have a sheet of work that tells them what they need to finish by the end of the week. They set their own schedules forthe most part. They share a couple of text books so they have had to learn to work with each other for scheduling.

They are currently studying: Math, Singapore, New Elementary 3, Biology, Apologia, Chemistry Apologia, English, novel Studies, Shakespeare at the moment. History, Beautiful feet- Ancient History at the moment. They are also currently doing a workbook style course called "Money Management for Teens."
