Exercises to Slim Hips

Here are a few of my favorite exercises to slim hips and drop pounds.
I've found a way to do this without having to go to the gym and workout for 45-90 minutes a bunch of times each week.
If you're a busy woman, this is perfect for you.
Exercises to Slim Hips 1.
Mini-trampoline Jumping Jacks This is a biggie with me.
I love doing jumping jacks on my mini-trampoline.
It's a nice and easy exercise...
it has a smooth feeling to it.
It works your whole body, but especially the areas from your hips and down.
At first, you may get a burning feeling in your calves...
so you may think it's just working them and nothing else.
NOT SO.
Trust me on this, it gets your whole body and your hips are a major beneficiary of this movement.
Because I'm sure you're extremely busy and don't want take time out of your schedule to exercise, I've found that doing these while watching TV (specifically when the commercials come on) works best.
These 3 minute mini-sessions are an excellent way in boosting up your metabolism.
My recommendation is to do at least 7-10 of these 3 minute workouts each day.
Sounds like a lot, but you'll see it's not.
Just make sure the mini-trampoline is by a TV that you watch a lot to make this as easy as possible.

Backwards treadmill walking Now, you most likely don't have a treadmill at your home.
So you'll have to go to the gym for this, but only for 15-20 minutes and twice a week.
Hop on the treadmill and walk forwards for 1 minute.
Then turn around and walk backwards for a minute.
Keep altering them that way until 20 minutes is up.
Or, you can just do 15 minutes straight of backwards walking.
Your hips and legs will love you for this.
Try it.
It's refreshing and kinda fun.
These are 2 good exercise to slim hips and drop weight that you should consider giving a try.
