Barbeque trays are good for food which is delicate and can't be cooked on the grill. There are many different types and sizes. You might be able to get ones that fit specifically for your grill depending on whether you have purchased a well-known brand barbeque.

Hinged baskets are a great tool if you're grilling whole fish. You won't have to worry about your fish falling apart as hinged baskets hold them together for easy turning.

An essential tool is a spatula or fish slice, this can be used to turn your food, because you can get it flat it can prevent your meat from tearing which can happen with tongs or a fork.

A long pronged fork can be used to see if your meat is cooked. Try not to use these too much as they can cause all the juices of the meat to drip out which could dry your meat out and you could loose flavour.

Pastry brushes are handy to put some oil on the grill before starting to cook and to baste your food while cooking. Make sure though you don't use the same brush for basting raw meat.

Skewers are going to be a popular choice for some, you can put all sorts of combinations on these, you can get wood or metal ones. Make sure you sock the wood ones for at least 20-30 minutes otherwise they will burn while cooking. Be careful with the metal ones as they're going to get hot.

Other additional items that might be helpful but not essential are kebab racks which enable you to cook half dozen skewers at once. These won't come in to contact with any rack so you won't find they stick and there easier to turn.
