If you want to get a ripped six pack shape to your stomach in time for summer, you will need to make some changes.
This is good change though, so don't freak out! Anyone can do it, although you'll be joining a pretty small group.
Truth is only about 3% of our population knows what it takes to exercise lower abs and get that ripped six pack shape and even fewer will actually do it.
It takes some work but it's fun and truly life changing! The main thing you will have to develop is a strong sense of belief.
Actually this is the most important part because it's the most overlooked aspect and it's where most people fail.
They've lost before they ever started because at some level, they never really believed they could do it anyway.
You will need to eat certain foods and avoid certain other foods.
Healthy eating is key to getting six pack abs because no matter how hard you work out, it doesn't do you much good if you are not eating right.
However, eating healthy is only half the battle.
You have to know the right kind of healthy foods to eat, how often to eat them, when and how much! The actual training you do for exercising lower abs and getting a six pack is more about reducing your percentage of body fat and uncovering the ab muscles that are already there.
Most people have no idea how to properly train and think that doing hundreds of situps and crunches each day is what will give you a six pack.
