    • 1). Decide how large the enclosure is going to be. Spray paint the outline of it on the ground.

    • 2). Dig a trench along the spray painted outline. It should be at least 1.5 feet deep. The deeper the trench the more difficult it will be for predators to penetrate the enclosure.

    • 3). Place kennel posts into the ground around the perimeter. The distance between them should be determined by the widths of your horizontal kennel posts. Vertical kennel posts should be at least 10 inches high. Pour quick dry cement down around the posts and wait for it to dry. It's best to perform this step on a dry, sunny day.

    • 4). Lay the bottom kennel posts in the trench and connect them to the vertical posts using the included hardware.

    • 5). Place your second set of horizontal kennel posts along the top of the vertical posts. Connect using the included hardware.

    • 6). Attach wire fencing to the vertical kennel posts. Do this from the inside of the enclosure. Leave space for a gate.

    • 7). Attach the gate using the included hardware.

    • 8). Fill in the ditch around the kennel posts. Plant grass or lay gravel to discourage predators.

    • 9). Place a small pool inside of the enclosure and fill it with water.
