Exercise is the second part of the equation when it comes to burning the fat on your stomach as well as building your abdominal muscles.
Now most of us focus on situps, crunches, leg raises and so on.
These exercises are useless when it comes to maximizing the fat that your body can burn.
In order to maximize your body's fat burning potential while strengthening the core muscles of your stomach you will need to incorporate exercises that focus on compound movements.
These kinds of exercises work multiple large muscle groups all at one time.
The more muscles being worked at once means the more calories that are being burned at one time.
