How to Make a Topiary Centerpiece Out of Gerbera Daisies
- 1). Choose a decorative base, such as a vintage teacup or a small glass bowl. Insert a piece of cut-to-fit floral foam into the base.
- 2). Soak a 2-inch floral foam ball in water. Insert an 8-inch wooden dowel into the bottom of the soaked foam ball.
- 3). Cut Gerbera daisy stems to 2 inches long using floral scissors. Insert a flower stem securely into the foam ball. Continue inserting the stems into the ball until the entire surface is covered in blooms.
- 4). Insert the wooden dowel into the foam inside the base to create a topiary.
- 5). Cover the foam with any type of small decorative item, such as colorful jelly beans, glass beads, moss or plastic grass
