The Symptoms of Panic Attacks
A panic attack can be devastating for those who are forced to experience it.
Though it might not sound like much, it is in fact a life changing event.
A panic attack is essentially an unreasonable fear of a random object or circumstance.
There are some who are afraid of being in public, some are afraid of spiders, and some may be afraid of more common objects like dogs or balloons.
There are some people that try to live with this disorder, and then there are some that try to seek help.
Seeking help is a better way because if done right you can actually find yourself working your way into social situations, or even facing your actual fear as time goes on.
Letting the disorder go could result in you fearing actually being in the situation, which could lead to another panic attack.
The big question however, is how you will know when you are actually having a panic attack.

Sweating - Sweating is normal of course, but excessive sweating could indicate a panic attack, especially if it occurs under the right circumstances.

Shaking - This could occur on a visual basis, or you could be shaking inside.

Chest Pain - Pain in the chest that simply will not subside.

Skin Color Reduction - Your skin may turn white, and you may break out with goosebumps.

Realization - During this state you might find yourself feeling as if you don't really exist.

Shortness of Breath - The feeling that you cannot breathe is not the best thing in the world, so when this happens, you'll want it to end as quickly as possible.
These are just a few symptoms of panic attacks, and if you feel as if you're going through any of them, you need to seek medical attention immediately.
This is not a condition that you want to deal with, or live with for any amount of time.
Naturally there is no way to cure it immediately, but you can overcome these symptoms.
It has been proven that panic disorder can lead to heart failure later on.
This will not happen right away, but over time you will notice some wear and tear on your body.
