You also need to increase your consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables. They also help your body digest and they contain a lot of vitamins and minerals, in their most natural form, helping your body stay in shape throughout the weight loss process and not lose any of the essential elements needed for a good functioning.

Hydration is a very important factor, but you also need to be careful what you drink. Plain water is the most recommended option, but green tea is also good, because it helps eliminate fat and toxins. It is better if you can drink it without sweeteners. Keeping all of this in mind will surely help you reach the goals you desire in the shortest time possible and will also help you maintain your results for a longer period of time.
