Use this free pattern to make beaded safety pin jewelry that looks like spring tulips.

• Age Guideline: 6 Years and Up
• Time Required: 30 minutes

The above age and time guidelines are estimates. This project can be modified to suit other ages and may take more or less time depending on your circumstances.

 

Materials Needed:

• 11 - 1 1/16 inches Safety Pins
• 1 - 1 3/4 inch Safety Pin
• Seed Beads (refer to picture for colors needed)

Instructions:
Follow this pattern and the basic directions on the safety pin jewelry page to complete this project.

Each number column represents a pin.

• Pin number 1 will have 4 red beads, 2 white beads, 2 green beads, and 2 white beads.
• Pin number 2 will have 1 white bead, 4 red beads, 3 white beads, 1 green bead, and then 1 white bead.
• Pin number 3 will have 5 red beads and 5 green beads.
• Pin number 4 will have 1 white bead, 4 red beads, 3 white beads, 1 green bead, and then 1 white bead.
• Pin number 5 will have 4 red beads, 2 white beads, 2 green beads, and 2 white beads.
• Pin number 6 will have 5 white beads, 2 green beads, and 3 white beads.
• Pin number 7 will have one white bead, 4 yellow beads, 2 white beads, 2 green beads, and one white bead.
• Pin number 8 will have 2 white beads, 4 yellow beads, 3 white beads, and one green bead.
• Pin number 9 will have 1 white bead, 5 yellow beads, and 4 green beads.
• Pin number 10 will have 2 white beads, 4 yellow beads, 3 white beads, and one green bead.

• Pin number 11 will have one white bead, 4 yellow beads, 2 white beads, 2 green beads, and one white bead.

When you thread these beaded pins onto your larger pin, start with pin number 1.
