Stress and Adrenal Burnout

103 60
Stress affects our bodies in an adverse way, both physically and mentally.
The adrenals can become depleted and that means "burn-out".
None of us want to end up sick, frail and out of touch with reality.
Preventative medicine is a far better way to living a healthy life than treating disease and sickness through conventional medicine.
Today's medicine, through conventional means, does its best to keep a person alive with whatever function.
Too many people are living the final years of their lives in nursing homes and intensive care units.
This is not the quality of life that we should want or expect.
Cutting edge and preventative medicine is a better way of preventing and treating sickness and disease.
Science and technology have given us new and better choices to living a healthier quality way of life.
We can feel confident in these new health choices because these choices do not go "hand -in-hand" with nasty side effects.
The old adage "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" still rings true today.
It is a wise person who becomes aware of their heath care options and prevents a crisis rather than the person who waits until they are faced with a serious illness and are left with little options.
Simple prevention can be as easy as keeping chemicals and pharmaceuticals out of our daily lives as much as possible.
Getting eight hours of sleep regularly and drinking plenty of water are also two simple basics that will benefit the body.
Educating ourselves on health prevention rather than relying only on conventional medicine is a bonus.
Did you know that a person can begin hormonal decline as early as 30 years of age? Most of us believe our bodies will perform just fine, but silently the environment, pollution and stress are affecting us at earlier ages.
Chemicals and processed foods have a negative effect on all of us, including our children.
What can we do? Let's begin by removing the stress from our lives.
Take time out each day to relax and try to get at least 7 hours worth of quality sleep.
Couple that with a healthy diet and you are well on your way to reducing the stress and its effects on your health.
