How to Send a Long SMS
- 1). On your phone's menu (typically the "Messages" menu), click "Options." Navigate to the SMS text options and enter the "Preferences" menu to change settings.
- 2). Look for "auto more" or an option which allows automatic expansion of the text message word limit. Click "Enable" and save your settings. Keep in mind that you will be charged per page, as a long message uses multiple pages and sends one page per message.
- 3). Enter your "Compose SMS Text" menu and begin texting. After your word limit, you should be able to keep typing a long message. Note that the page number will change from one to two as you cross the word limit, and so on for additional pages.
