Some of the easy to follow exercises you can do are; Walking: Instead of driving, take a walk to get to your destination.
This will not only make you lose some amount of fuel but it would also save you some gas which you can use for some other long distance travel.
Spend 2 hours per day to walk at your preferred destination.
You can chose to visit a friend by trekking, go to the market, go to beach or anywhere you can walk a long distance.
Take along with you a towel, a bottle of water and some snacks, to suit yourself if you get weary on your way.
You can take a snap meal and use the towel to dry your sweat.
Jogging: Jogging is more efficient than walking.
You would be able to lose more weight by jogging.
Jog in a more matured way, jog consistently for a specific period of time.
Lets say, jog for 15minutes without taking any break.
Jogging for a little period of time to rest and begin again won't be able to bring about a fast fat burning process.
The best time of the day to do jogging exercises are usually in the morning time.
This is because you would be able to have more strength to do this activity even without any breakfast.
After jogging, do varieties of exercises like; straighten your arms, frog jump and other exercises that are normally done after jogging.
Wear a pair of canvas in order to prevent muscle-pull, a sports short in order to allow sufficient fresh air to enter your inner body and also polo.
Spend 2-3 hours per day joking, especially in the morning.
Biking: Biking is another fast fat burning exercise.
Plan your workout schedule in order to include when you should use the bike and when it's time to take a walking exercise.
Use your bike instead of the car, it would save you fuel and also you can easily get-away from the traffic while following this process.
Ride your bike for 40 minutes daily or 2 hours 30 minutes weekly and to burn more fat you could also try riding up and down a mountain (bear in mind that this can be risky) Weight Lifting: Visit the gym center at your convenient time to either lift weights or use other fitness equipment.
Exhaust about 40 minutes doing various exercises.
You can enquire from the caretaker of the gym center to get familiar with the works of the gym equipments in order to know which ones burn fat faster.
That way, you would be able to select the equipment that suits you more often and concentrate on it rather than fancy ones.
Chose A Suitable Diet While Exercising: During your workouts, eat grilled foods.
This is necessary because grilled food contains fewer amounts of fats.
Include carbohydrates in your meal, as you know that you would need more energy to perform the exercise routines.
Avoid too much intake of oily foods.
