Brad Pratt was born in Texas on December 18, 1976. His father Glendale Pratt was a thriving contractor and roofer that helped structure the work ethic and business intellect in Brad. Brad recognized his father's power by saying that "My father trained me at the age of eight how essential it was to work for the stuff I needed. By the age of twelve, I was on top of houses re-doing roofs".

Brad started his own profession doing landscaping in the Dallas-Fort Worth area at the age of Eighteen. He hired a number of people and was tremendously victorious in getting money-making accounts. He then led his business to be one of the leading landscape companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area

After gaining the necessary business skills in landscaping, Brad Pratt moved into the North Texas real estate scene. He went on to acquire over forty properties in the city including a prime real estate commercial building.
