If you're reading this article, you're probably one of them.
Excessive sweating can be a big and embarrassing problem - especially in the coming summer months.
For the large majority of people, sweating is not a problem - it occurs only when they're working out in the gym or running.
For you, however, that's not the case.
Sweat basically drips off of you with no apparent reason.
These days, people link sweating with being dirty, or not showering - something, that of course is not true.

So, what are the possible treatments for this problem? 1.
Over the counter antiperspirants - that's probably the first solution people try.
Unfortunately, they quickly find out that they don't work as expected - they can only offer a temporary relief, and can't be a permanent solution.
They're also bad for your health, because they contain aluminum-based chemicals.

Botox or surgery - very radical methods - not recommended.
Can have significant side effects, and are expensive.
3.
Natural treatments - herbs such as sumac, or green tea can be helpful in the treatment of excessive sweating.
There are home treatments, that can get rid of your problem.
