UberSoldier Review (PC)

The Bottom Line
UberSoldier doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a game like F.E.A.R. or Half-Life 2 and if you're looking for that, this game is definitely not for you. However, if you're in search of a bloodthirsty shoot 'em up game that doesn't involve a lot thought UberSoldier is your ticket. UberSoldier is rated M for mature, some scenes are not suitable for children.

Guide Review - UberSoldier Review (PC)
Through a series of experiments Nazi scientists have discovered a way to raise the dead and create a new and powerful super soldier - The UberSoldier. The Nazi scheme of creating an undead army doesn't work out as planned. UberSoldier tells the story of an undead UberSoldier who rebels against his Nazi creators and seeks revenge for what they have done to him and what they have planned for others.
The graphics for UberSoldier were surprisingly good, but the game is bogged down by the various cut scenes and voice acting can be painful to sit through. The game provides about 10-15 hours of game play through a story that is anything but compelling with virtually no replayability.
With that said, UberSoldier does have some redeeming qualities that make for an entertaining gaming experience. There are plenty of authentic World War II weapons throughout each level. This plethora of weapons is needed as fire fights can be quite intense. You also have the ability to increase your health by the skillful use of a knife or with headshots during combat. This extra health is quite helpful when it comes time to winning the game.
