Engaging Content

Do you engage your Twitter followers? What about your Facebook friends? How about your blog listeners? If you answered yes great you doing the right thing.
If not, then the next question is why not? Now I know that everyone does not engage in every single mom with every single post, but you have to engage your clients have to engage your customers at some point along the line.
Why not make it through social media? What I am talking about here is creating content that engage your customers to interact with you.
Let's take a look at three ways to engage your customers.
1.
Figure out your audience.
Are you a photographer? Then maybe you should actually have a website based around photographs, because they will engage the visual side of your audience.
Maybe you have an IT consulting business? Working with programmers may mean creating interesting ways to code.
2.
Are you creating interesting content? Is it fresh and modern? Have you read most brochures? They feel like they are from the 1950's because they probably taken from ideas that were written in 1950.
Think of new ideas instead of recycled ideas from the past.
Make your customer's head spin with excitement and ideas of their own from your creative and interesting content.
3.
Create a reason for them to contact you.
Engagement is not just about you talking.
It's about you connecting with someone.
That means when you're tweeting posting on Facebook, blogging or writing on a forum you need to think of ways for your audience to connect with you.
Look at it from their side and think of ways that will make them want to talk to you about your products or services (without bribing them).
How do you engage your clients? Maybe it is as simple as starting off with an engaging question that makes your customers think about the benefits of your product.
Do you have a great way to engage your customers?
