A lip liner pencil is used to define the shape of the lips. Starting from one corner of the mouth, follow the natural curve of the lip line to the center and then from the other corner back to the center. Pay extra attention to define the shape of the Cupid's Bow, then fill in the entire lip for a more natural look.
