Women's Business Ownership of the United States is focused toward women's issues and programs. The organization trains representatives to assist women with funding issues and start up procedures.

Various Community organizations and private companies take pride in funding women entrepreneurs. They vary by state and can come with a lot of paper work, but is worth it if the grant is awarded. Look in resource box below for listing of organizations that fund women business'.

SCORE short for "Counselors to America's Small Business" is a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and obtaining fancial means to begin business. Sore is not totaly geared to women in business but does have individual programs to help women starting or expanding a business.
