If you have ever had a panic attack before, then you have probably at one point in time wondered if there was a way to overcome panic attacks.
You've been to the doctors, you've been put on medications, but to no avail, the attacks continue.
So today we'll learn a few simple, fast, and easy ways to do it.
The keys to battle are rest, exercise, and a healthy diet.
So lets talk about the first one, rest.
Rest is very important when dealing with stress and anxiety.
If you get the full 8 hours of sleep every night, then good for you, you're doing this part well.
If you are not getting enough sleep however, your body is too prone to stress, and too weary to fight it off.
So make sure that you get enough sleep every night.
Exercise is important because it helps to strengthen the body and keep it fresh and rejuvenated.
I recommend just doing light, mild exercise (walking, mild jogs, intramural sports, etc) because it will help relax you and put you in a calm state of mind.
Lastly, keep a healthy diet.
Make sure fruits and veggies are a part of your everyday diet, and try to eliminate most of your sugary foods and drinks.
