How to Make Blue Chesse Dressing
- 1). Mix about 2/3 of the blue cheese with mayo, buttermilk, sour cream and garlic in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- 2). Taste -- some cheese can be salty, so test the dressing before adding additional salt. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3). Add remaining blue cheese crumbles and use lowest "stir" or "pulse" setting on blender. Dressing should be chunky.
- 4). Refrigerate until ready to use.
- 5). After enjoying your meal, store leftovers in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
