DIY Pirate Goody Bags
- 1). Spray the wooden treasure chest with gold paint. Allow the paint to dry for two to four hours.
- 2). Glue the rhinestones and beads onto the treasure chest using the hot-glue gun in a pattern of your choice.
- 3). Write the name of one invited guest on each treasure chest with a glitter pen or paint pen.
- 4). Hide chocolate coins, jewels (beads) and other child-friendly goodies around the house.
- 5). Give each child his or her empty treasure chest. Let the children go on a treasure hunt for the hidden goodies, storing everything they find in the treasure chests. Let the kids keep the treasure chests and collected loot as goody bags.
