    Treasure Chest Goody Bag

    • 1). Spray the wooden treasure chest with gold paint. Allow the paint to dry for two to four hours.

    • 2). Glue the rhinestones and beads onto the treasure chest using the hot-glue gun in a pattern of your choice.

    • 3). Write the name of one invited guest on each treasure chest with a glitter pen or paint pen.

    • 4). Hide chocolate coins, jewels (beads) and other child-friendly goodies around the house.

    • 5). Give each child his or her empty treasure chest. Let the children go on a treasure hunt for the hidden goodies, storing everything they find in the treasure chests. Let the kids keep the treasure chests and collected loot as goody bags.

    Paper Goody Bag

    • 1). Lay a paper bag on a flat surface and tape the skull and crossbones stencil to the bag to keep it in place.

    • 2). Dip the sponge applicator in black paint and paint over the stencil. Remove the stencil once the paint is dry.

    • 3). Add pirate-themed stickers and rhinestones to the bag with craft glue. Write the name of one invited guest on each goody bag.

    • 4). Fill each goody bag with an equal amount of chocolate coins, ring lollipops, plastic beads and rhinestones, pirate stickers and other pirate-themed goodies.
