Tips on How to Make Up With Your Ex

103 28
Not much hurts your self confidence like when your girlfriend comes to the decision that you're no longer worth her time.
I know men are characterized as the "hard" gender that doesn't feel, but breakups are hard on everyone!Chin up, though...
if you have the right plan it's almost easy to get your ex back.
It can be a little tricky though...
girls' minds and feelings work in different ways than ours, so sometimes things we think are a good idea are actually a really bad idea.
Knowing the difference could decide whether or not you find happiness with her again, so I thought it'd be helpful if I made this little list of some basic steps to take.
1) Avoid being too aggressive in pursuing her.
Too much pressure will just add more stress to her and make sure she wants nothing more to do with you.
This breakup isn't a walk in the park for her either, and you need to be careful not to overwhelm her.
For a good month, there shouldn't even be any contact between you aside from unavoidable circumstances like work or class.
A breakup's best result is the time spent away from each other that allows the people who've been having a rough time to get themselves organized again.
When there is contact again, be tentative and don't press too hard...
or you just may lose her.
2) Even if you feel like your heart is flopping on the ground like a fish out of water, you need to pull yourself together enough to go out with friends and have a good time in a social environment.
This helps you in many ways, providing both a distraction and the comfort of being around people who care about you.
Always look your best, and if you're at a club by all means socialize with members of the opposite sex...
the attention is good for you and could have some interesting effects if word gets back to your ex.
Think about how much you'd start thinking about your ex if you saw her with another guy.
It'd control your mind, wouldn't it?Well, even if she's not aching for you as much as you are for her, it'll still get you back on her mind...
especially if you've taken my advice about the month of no contact.
She'll remember good times with you, and start very critically comparing the guys in her life to you, if there even are any guys in her life at this point.
All of this is great for reviving her interest in you, and you may not even have to go to her...
she may come to you.
3) Avoid judgement-altering substances as a way out of your pain.
Drugs or alcohol may seem like an easy fix, but the pain always comes back when you come back down, and usually the effects of your temporary easing of the pain are less than happy.
One very common example is "drunken dialing," also known as that urge you get late at night when you're feeling lonely that makes it seem like a good idea to call your ex and leave an inarticulate, rambling message on her voicemail about how much you love you and how your life doesn't go on without her.
And then morning comes with its hangover, and you just about pound your head against the wall when you realize what you've done.
You do NOT want to appear desperate, lovesick, and torn to pieces.
It's not endearing, as you may think...
and it's far from attractive.
All it's going to do is disgust her and reinforce her decision to break up...
which probably isn't part of your plan.
These are just a few tips for you, to make things easier.
