How to Change the Background Color on a PS3 System Upon Start Up
- 1). Turn on your PS3 Console and select "Settings." Select "Theme Settings"
- 2). Select "Color" under "Theme Settings." Select the background color that you want to use on the PS3 Home Menu screen. The home screen is the first screen you see when you turn on your gaming console.
