DK Frost Leveling Spec
Frost may not be as popular as Unholy and Blood for leveling, but a good Frost leveling spec will be plenty of competition for the other two; we'll go through the talents, telling you not only which ones to get but when to get them, and also include advice on Glyphs.
Also, note that this spec is designed for dual-wielding, though using a two-hander is fine too, at least until you get important DW talents like Threat of Thassarian.

Icy Touch 2/2 Runic Power Mastery 3/3 Nerves of Cold Steel 2/2 Icy Reach 5/5 Icy Talons 5/5 Killing Machine 2/2 Endless Winter 3/3 Glacial Rot 1/1 Imp.
Icy Talons 3/3 Rime 3/3 Annihilation 2/2 Merciless Combat 1/1 Hungering Cold 3/3 Threat of Thassarian 2/3 Blood of the North 1/1 Frost Strike 3/3 Blood of the North 3/3 Guile of Gorefiend 5/5 Tundra Stalker 1/1 Howling Blast At this point, you can either fill out one or two more interesting Frost abilities (Black Ice, Unbreakable Armor, etc.
) or move straight into Unholy to finish out your Frost leveling spec.
When you're ready, get these talents: 3/3 Virulence 2/2 Vicious Strikes 3/3 Ravenous Dead 2/2 Epidemic 5/5 Necrosis At this point, you should be ready to change from your Frost leveling spec to something endgame appropriate.
As for Glyphs, Major Glyphs for leveling are typically: Glyph of Frost Strike Glyph of Obliterate Glyph of Icy Touch Minor Glyphs don't really matter, though I'd DEFINITELY pick up Raise Dead for the immense convenience it provides.
