So she has gone and you are just consumed with thoughts about how to get your ex girlfriend back.
I know it is not nice and you feel upset and depressed.
Unfortunately feeling upset about it will not help you to get your ex girlfriend back.
You need to keep a clear plan of how you are going to get her back.
However I would strongly advise that you do not only get her back but make her really want you.
Would that be great? Yes I am sure you would agree that it is.
I have a few suggestions to make her want you again: 1) Do Not Be Desperate: It is important that you do not loose control on the situation however painful it may seem.
Also you really do not want to make her feel guilty.
Absolutely no emotional blackmail.
Let me explain why.
If you use emotional blackmail and it works it will not benefit you.
Simply because she has taken you back for the wrong reasons.
You need her to desire and really want you back.
That will have a much longer lasting positive affect.
2) Sympathize With Her Feelings: Show that you have feelings and sympathize with her.
Even if you feel deep down that she was wrong attempt to see her side.
She will then start to see that there may be a way to get over the issues you had and move on.
3) Prove That You Care: Now that you have started to show some good qualities you now need to show her that you really care.
Be romantic and surprise her with flowers to her work place.
This will be great because you will get emotional support indirectly from her work colleagues that will see it as a kind gesture.
Once she shows you that she is grateful for your kind gesture ask her out for a drink to discuss your future.
When you are out make her know that you really miss her but you are willing to let her go if that is what she really wants and then leave it there.
That will make her surprised that you have not pleaded for her to take you back.
She will now see you are sensitive and not needy and will begin to desire you and want you again.
This will help you to get your ex girlfriend back.
