Faridabad Real Estate Expected To Fare Nicely This Year

The urbanized city of Faridabad carries good potential in terms of property business. The excellent connectivity of the city to nearby areas and the upcoming metro project have started garnering more interest of buyers and builders in Faridabad properties. The metro rail is going to connect areas covered under YMCA-Badaprpur stretch, thus attracting leading developers to invest money here.

The Fardibad real eastate for commercial setups is also going great guns, with office spaces available in the the range 5500-11000/ sq. ft in areas spread over Faridabad-Mathura Road. With spaciousness giving the city a upper hand, the investors can look out for land, offices, showrooms, shops, go-downs, industrial setups, and business centers for long-term investment and short-term needs.

On the flip side, the home buyers are facing challenge of spurious fit-outs: they are duped into buying fully furnished flats which are, in fact, the unfurnished ones. By resorting to unethical practices, the builders are trying to sell low-grade inventories to the customers.
