Dealing With Anxiety And Panic Issues

Anxiety issues can overpower us, leaving us feeling like we are not in control and full of panic.
We feel driven to behave this way and this is reinforced with every attack after that.
So, what exactly is anxiety? Imagine you are at the beach with family and friends and you are enjoying the beautiful day and the wonderful noises.
You feel happy, warm and contented, utterly relaxed and totally panic free.
Now, imagine you are all alone and walking down a very dark alley.
There are closed doors and you have no idea what is behind them.
You're scared, all your senses have heightened and you can pinpoint any sound or movement.
Your heart rate is increased and you're feeling dizzy and light-headed and all you want to do is throw up.
Your whole body is shaking and you are ready to run as fast as you can in the other direction.
These two show you the opposite ends of the anxiety scale.
On one end we feel safe, secure and warm were we are very relaxed.
On the other end we're very scared, highly alert, prepared for danger and anxious.
Anxiety is all a part of part of the human race.
Everyone has feelings of anxiety and panic every now and then but for many people their anxiety grows very strong, gets way out of control and happens too often.
Panic can be so overwhelming that it causes other issues like: apprehension, compulsive behaviors, persistent worrying, obsessive thoughts irrational fears, panic attacks, phobias and severe depression.
Today, millions of people suffer alone with anxiety issues.
Some constantly look for answers; others try medication or therapy for their panic.
Some try supplements and diets or they buy programs and methods that claim to have the answers, just to be disappointed again.
Nothing really seems to take care of panic.
One thing seems to be true; today's solutions just are not working for our panic.
Today's beliefs about: chemical imbalances, genetics, mental illness and physical brain differences have treatments that failed many people who are desperate to be cured.
Many just seem to not see the real issue so they never deal with it.
So, what is the cure to anxiety and panic? It's knowing what the panic and anxiety problems truly are and just how they grow and develop.
When you do this then it's possible for you to: * Stop the behaviors, feelings and anxious thoughts.
* Cure what is truly causing the issues.
* Create yourself a new and more positive way of life.
There are no medications, magic tricks or secret cures, just the magic of your own mind.
Once you know the real truth about anxiety it will be possible for you to cure panic attacks permanently and completely all the while doing it naturally, without drugs and therapy.
As children, we didn't have panic problems but something happened that made us less confident and filled with insecurity.
We have too much anxiety and because of that our self preservation kicks in.
It's not because of genes or the wrong balance of chemicals or that our brains are different.
It's a series of behaviors, thoughts, feelings, experiences, and learning that set everything in motion towards anxiety issues.
Anxiety isn't a disease, illness or a disorder because anxiety isn't irrational and has come about for a reason; for your survival.
They are there because you are protecting yourself.
It's not really a mystery, anxiety follows logical psychological paths and we can see what will happen at every point of the way.
Once you know this process, you can completely stop it.
