Pudding Nuggies
A camping recipe from Jim McLalin. I learned this from my step-dad who has gone on to the great campground in the sky. His name was Ken Wilkson. I have taught this to thousands of cub scouts and their families. I ask them to repeat Ken's name to anyone that they teach how to make these, that way we can keep Ken alive around the campfire. So when you teach someone new about Pudding Nuggies, remember Ken Wilkson.

Take one biscuit out of the can and stretch and flatten to twice its size. Then place the biscuit onto the rounded end of the dowel rod and make a cup. Place over hot coals and rotate to keep from burning. When the biscuit is golden brown and comes off the rod without sticking, it is done. Now take your biscuit cup, fill it with your choice of pudding, and enjoy. My favorite is to place a spoonful of peanut butter in first and chocolate pudding on top.
Servings: as needed
