How to Hear iPhone Calls Through Mac Speakers
- 1). Connect one end of the audio cable to the headphone jack of your iPhone.
- 2). Connect the other end of the audio cable to the microphone or line-in jack of your Mac. If your Mac does not have an input jack, you may need to connect an external audio interface via an universal serial bus (USB), then connect the iPhone to the interface.
- 3). Click the "System Preferences" icon in the dock to open the System Preferences panel. Click the "Sound" icon to open the sound options.
- 4). Click the "Input" tab and select "Line In" as the microphone source.
- 5). Make and receive calls on your iPhone. The other person's voice will be heard through the Mac's speakers.
