After you continuously try to quit smoking but with no evident results, you will most likely give up.
It is almost impossible to quit smoking if you think that you won't be able to do it.
And your thinking "I'll probably fail again" gives you yet another excuse not to actually quit smoking.
How can you change that and how can you get a hold of your life again, after your failures? Sometimes our bodies and minds need help.
It is not enough to simply want to quit smoking.

There isn't a universal way that people quit smoking.
Something may work for you while another thing may work for your friend.

Why? - Because if you have been a smoker for a longer time, then smoking will be like breathing and your body will resist if you try and quit.
