- 1). Visit the Formologix widget web form page. There are plenty of widgets available to help you gather information from a website visitor. You'll be able to create one that is fully capable of collecting an email address, name, phone number and question. Most websites and blog sites will allow you to integrate your own personal widget into them with no problem. Usually, you'll need to copy and paste a particular HTML code into an available location.
- 2). Choose the best widget web form for your website. You'll be able to find a widget for comments, testimonials, registrations and information requests. In order to start the building process for your widget, you'll have the choice of adding it to your iGoogle page or customizing it via Widgetbox.
- 3). Click the Widgetbox button and you'll be directed to another page. Customize your new widget web form according to your personal preferences. You'll be able to change the color and size by editing the default settings. In order to increase the size of your new email form, just enter larger numbers in the width and height boxes.
