Is The Getting Pregnant Bible Ebook Truly The Bible Of How To Get Pregnant?
As a writer and reviewer on baby gender selection and blissful life for women generally, I could not but apply the break when The Getting Pregnant Bible was on my radar while surfing the net a couple of weeks ago.
Naturally, one would want to know if the book is a bible on getting pregnant as it professes, but how do you do that? Get a copy and peruse it of course and that exactly was what I did.
Wow, 108 pages of 19 chapters do not look like your run of the mill eBook on Pregnancy but experience has taught me that you cannot be different, if you do what everybody does the same way they do it.
Besides, the size of a book does not necessarily determine the quality.
In any case, this is supposed to be the bible of pregnancy and it is bound to be bigger than the average.
So, quickly to the contents and it was there I was convinced that this is not only a different eBook but that I may actually be holding a jewel in my hand.
Is The Book Truly The Pregnancy Bible? The pregnant Bible covers a wide ground from myths to ovulation, to pregnancy symptoms, to fertility and wait for this, to humors of pregnancy.
Immediately, I spotted the difference: this is not a junk book full of fluff like telling you the time to drink tea and stupid things like standing upside down for 30 minutes before sex.
Believe me, there are ridiculous things like that.
, This bible of pregnancy advises you to talk to your doctor and tells you how to talk to him.
This is understandable, as the doctor will interpret to you the messages your body is sending to you.
And of course, you will need him when you are carrying the bundle of joy and even after arrival.
The book has a whole section on fertility and this is where it scores a bull eye as most of the books out there on pregnancy do not treat that topic.
You are told how to handle this issue with your hubby if necessary and also your medic.
This is a pain off the neck for many women who find it necessary to discuss this issue with their husbands but who have found it a big mountain to climb.
Then this; a whole section on the Dad-to-be.
I never knew that the type of exercises and the food the husband eats may affect his wife's chances of getting pregnant.
I know low sperm countdefinitely affects the chances of the wife getting pregnant but I never dreamt some kinds of jobs may reduce sperm count.
The Getting Pregnant Bible tells the husband the types of food to eat, the exercises to do and other dos and don'ts to facilitate easy and quick pregnancy for the couple.
Of course, most of the rest of the book concentrates on the mother-to-be.
She is told pregnancy myths are what they are, myths.
The mother- to-be also has a brief on the types of food to eat to give her and the baby the necessary nutrients and vitamins to have a healthy baby and a healthy mother.
Not only that, she is also given examples of food to avoid and physical exercises to do.
More Inside.
Honestly, this book on pregnancy is appropriately titled, if one considers its coverage.
In addition to the areas treated above, the followings are well covered
What I like most in this book is the author's frankness.
Right from the start, flatly you are told that this book is not a miracle book.
The book says there is no guarantee that anything can get you pregnant but assures that the chances are in your favor if you do some things in certain way.
This type frankness you do not see with many authors and to do this for an eBook that obviously over delivers is being very realistic andfair and this is where I raise up my hat.
The Low Points.
Of course, like all human endeavor, The Getting Pregnant Bible is not perfect.
One Hundred and Eight pages may be too long for an eBook on Pregnancy and more so when it is not filled with graphics like many others.
But then, if a book is a bible on a topic it better be.
What of some chapters in the content which do not agree with the pages? Obviously, this wastes time.
Also, pregnancy symptoms seem not to be exhaustive enough; it appears that there are some odder pregnancy symptoms out there that embarrass mothers-to-be that are not treated.
Verdict.
In the final analysis, I say women out there trying to get pregnant should have a look at the book.
The Getting Pregnant Bible eBook will give you a new way of life that will ease your pregnancy and make your family more blissful.
Following the book will arm you with a new health regime that will be beneficial to you, the hubby and the baby.
Moms to be need the book and so are established mothers who will find it useful.
It has to be so, because even as a man, I have learnt many new things in the book which I willpass to my sons and daughters.
If this book were a hotel, I will rate it a five stars.
