    • 1). Upload the images and graphics you want to add to the decal, using your computer. Scan them in or upload them from a camera if necessary.

    • 2). Open your computer's word processing program and create a new document with the dimensions of the vinyl sticker you plan to print.

    • 3). Use the type tool to add text to the sticker.

    • 4). Highlight the text and change the font to your liking. Many fonts are available for download online if you can't find a suitable one in the program.

    • 5). Add the images to the document. Open the image by selecting the word processing program's "Picture" or "Image" option and double clicking on the image in its location. You may also drag and drop the image into document, depending on the program.

    • 6). Arrange the items to your liking by clicking on an image or text box and dragging it to the desired position on the sticker.

    • 7). Place a sheet of the vinyl decal paper, available at any arts and crafts store, in the printer.

    • 8). Select "Print" in the word processing program. Adjust the "Paper Size" to suit the size of the decal to be printed. Click "Print" or "OK" to begin printing.

    • 9). Allow the sticker to dry before picking it up and applying it to a surface. This may take between 10 and 30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the paper.
