Dizziness Your head seems to be spinning and you feel nauseous when you stand up.
You feel light headed like you have not slept for days.
You perceive things around you in a dream-like manner.

Hot flashes You may experience a sudden suffusion of body heat or the opposite - feel a chill instead.

Feeling of numbness in your legs and feet You feel numbness usually in your body extremities, sometimes in any part of your body.
They may come like tingling sensations or like thousands of numerous pins pricking your skin.

Your mind is alert and wary, preparing for the worst You keep thinking about the stimuli and cannot forget about it.
Your mind creates all negative scenarios.
These panic attack symptoms, vary from person to person.
