The business practices that have been successful in marketing for many years out in the real world, all ring true on the internet as well.
Targeting motivated buyers will make you more money, whether you have monetized your site with AdSense, affiliate offers, or products or services that you sell on your site.
Motivated buyers will respond, with action, to sellers who offer quality solutions to the problems they are facing.
By putting yourself into the mindset of the people within a specific niche, you can determine how motivated they are to buy, then decide if it's a potentially profitable niche or not.
