Anger, an emotion that we have all felt at one time or another, how do you deal with anger is the main question behind this article.
In discussing how to deal with your anger aggressions, you first need to consider what type of anger tendencies you possess.
Anger can be classified into three separate categories, the first being aggressive.
Aggressive anger is an anger that is physical, emotional, or psychological.
The second kind of anger is passive aggressive, by which you repress your anger through denial.
And, the third type of anger is assertive, by which you suppress your anger.
Assertive anger personally, is considered as hidden agenda anger.
This course of anger is locked inside anger that you do not release until something inside snaps.

When you're angry or beginning to feel the anger inside you build, do not say anything.
Give your anger a chance to subside.
In doing this you will not say hateful things to others and you will feel better about yourself.

Allow the thing or person who is making you upset time to cool down, as well as yourself.
Do not engage in a yelling match separate yourself from the problem.
That is until you can come up with a reasonable solution.
That is suitable to all, so it can be a harmonious resolution instead of a distressed one.
Smiling has been a proven way to fight off the anger bug.
Smiling can resolve any negative situation.
By smiling, you are telling those negative feelings that you want no part in them.
Realizing that times are going to be difficult is something we all need to take in stride.
Anger is a secondary emotion which should be suppressed and never let free.
I f we all could learn how to do away with angry negative feelings, the world would not be in shambles and many people would be free in the world instead of locked up in a prison.
Envision how you want your life to be, anger never solves anything it just makes things a lot worse then what they truly are.
