How to Get Apple Juice Out of the Carpet
- 1). Blot up fresh apple juice using white paper towels. If the apple juice has dried, scrape off the crusty particles using a dull knife.
- 2). Pour 1/4 tsp. of liquid dish soap into a container, and stir in 1 qt. of water to concoct a soapy solution.
- 3). Dampen a rag with the solution, and blot the apple juice stain with it. Dissolve as much apple juice stain as possible.
- 4). Add water to a spray bottle, and spray the soapy carpet with the water.
- 5). Blot the excess water off the carpet using paper towels.
- 6). Inspect the carpet for stubborn apple juice stains. If any remains, dampen a clean rag with 3 percent hydrogen peroxide.
- 7). Blot the stubborn apple juice residue with the hydrogen peroxide, and completely dissolve the remaining juice stain. No rinsing is necessary.
