How to Keep Hamburgers Warm Without Drying Out
- 1). Fill an oven-safe saucepan with broth. If your hamburgers are beef, use beef broth. If they're turkey, use turkey broth. Use enough broth so your burgers will be completely covered when they're put in the pan.
- 2). Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Put the broth-filled saucepan on the stovetop over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes until hot.
- 3). Place the cooked burgers in the broth. Put the saucepan in the oven to keep the burgers warm until you're ready to serve them. The broth will help the burgers to stay moist.
- 1). Put the cooked hamburgers into an aluminum tray. Wrap the tray tightly with foil.
- 2). Line the inside of a cooler with aluminum foil. Put down a towel on top of the foil in the bottom of the cooler.
- 3). Place the foil-wrapped aluminum tray inside the cooler. Lay another towel on top of the tray. Close the lid tightly on the cooler.
