Vitantonio Waffle Iron Instructions
- 1). Make sure your Vitantonio waffle iron is plugged in and placed on a flat, sturdy surface. A light will come on indicating that the unit is on and heating up.
- 2). Open the waffle iron lid. Carefully ladle the batter onto the bottom plate of the iron, making sure the batter is spread evenly over the plate. The Vitantonio waffle iron holds approximately 1/2 cup of batter per round of waffles.
- 3). Watch the waffle iron carefully. The "Done" light will come on, but the waffles may be cooked darker than you or your family likes, so you may want to check for doneness before the light comes on. Steam coming from the Vitantonio waffle iron indicates that the waffles are cooking; when the steam is gone, the waffles should be done.
- 4). Clean your Vitantonio waffle iron thoroughly. When you are finished making waffles, unplug the iron and wait until it cools completely before wiping it clean with dish soap and water. Do not scrub or scour the plates with anything harsh or abrasive, as that will damage the surface. Do not completely submerge the iron in water.
