Changing the Language Used for Menus and Dialogs

• 1). Open the Regional Options Control Panel in Windows 2000 or XP. In Windows Vista, click Start, open Regional and Language Options, select Control Panel, and then select "Clock, Language, and Region," and, finally, "Regional and Language Options."
  
  
• 2). In Windows 2000, the language options will appear in the General tab. In Windows XP, they will appear on the Languages tab. In Windows Vista, they will appear in the Keyboards and Languages tab. Russian will be available as an option.
  
  
• 3). Select the language you want from the drop down menu under "Menus and Dialogs" in Windows 2000 and XP, and "Display Language" in Windows Vista.
  
  
• 4). Log off and log on again for the language change to take place.
